2010 - our 126th year! Penarth Lawn Tennis Club, established in 1884, is one of the oldest Lawn Tennis Clubs in the UK. Situated in the heart of Penarth looking over the sea, PLTC has a thriving membership of 300+ playing & social members. The club has 3 floodlit hard courts 2 grass courts & has plans of further court development in the near future. The Clubhouse has changing room facilities, kitchen & a great social scene. |

2010 AGM
Wednesday March 3rd, 7.30 start, at the clubhouse. All members are encouraged to attend this important annual meeting, at which the officers for the coming year will be elected and 2010 fees set.
Quiz Night
Friday 5th March 2010 (doors open 6.30 pm). Post St David's Day Welsh theme. Prizes, food and nibbles; small participation fee. All welcome in teams of any shape and size.
Sunday March 20th - all help appreciated in giving the club a good spring clean & tidy up.
PLTC Sweatshirts
Superb quality PLTC sweatshirts (with hoods), which are ‘gildan' make and have the PLTC logo on the back with embroidery on the front. Colours are: Pale Blue, Pale Pink, White, Black, Navy, Red, Grey Marl. Sizes are: childrens 5-6, 7-8,9-10, 12-13; adults S, M , L, XL, XXL. Prices are £14 for childs and £16 for adults. Contact the Chairman to order.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT is LADIES NIGHT! - Did you know that from 6:30pm EVERY Wednesday it is Ladies Night at the Club? That its a time when all the courts are dedicated purely for Ladies Tennis? Even if you are not on the Ladies rota you can come down and play.
