2009 - 125 year Anniversary! Penarth Lawn Tennis Club, established in 1884, is one of the oldest Lawn Tennis Clubs in the UK. Situated in the heart of Penarth looking over the sea, PLTC has a thriving membership of 300+ playing & social members. The club has 3 floodlit hard courts 2 grass courts & has plans of further court development in the near future. The Clubhouse has changing room facilities, kitchen & a great social scene. |

PLTC Sweatshirts
Superb quality PLTC sweatshirts (with hoods), which are ‘gildan' make and have the PLTC logo on the back with embroidery on the front. Guy Fawkes Night Extravaganza
Friday 6 th November (doors open 6.30 pm). Now a big highlight in social calendar, includes a great firework display, BBQ and liquid refreshments. Ideal family friendly affair. Small entrance fee. If you have any (unpolluted) wood for the bonfire, please deposit it on the bonfire area (bare patch beyond netball posts to the rear of the club).
WEDNESDAY NIGHT is LADIES NIGHT! - Did you know that from 6:30pm EVERY Wednesday it is Ladies Night at the Club? That its a time when all the courts are dedicated purely for Ladies Tennis? Even if you are not on the Ladies rota you can come down and play.
